Johanna is our COO and responsible for continuously improving LEXRs processes and making them run smoothly. She is passionate about business growth and realizing ideas with transformation potential. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated her growth drive, from developing growth strategies for high-tech Fortune500 companies over shaping innovation projects for digital departments to incubating a new mobility venture and now building a company that transforms the legal industry. With her strong business sense and can-do mindset, she turns challenges into solutions ― for clients and the LEXR team.

You can find her between Zurich, the Grisons mountains, the Black Forest and occasionally in beautiful destinations recharging my batteries and working remotely.
