Lia Isella

Lia joined LEXR in 2022 and works in the Marketing & Growth department. Her goal is to align marketing and communications internally and externally with the mission and vision, as well as strengthen our brand. She also supports us in human resources and the continuous improvement of LEXR processes.

Prior to joining LEXR, Lia gained her first startup and marketing experience at a PropTech startup after graduation.

Lia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

She loves good food, traveling, and switching off from the digital world with yoga, dancing, or listening to vinyl records.
