Anna Maria joined LEXR in 2018. Her professional practice is focused on advising Swiss and international clients in the areas of data privacy, financial regulation, and IT law.
In the past, she has collaborated with law firms, institutions and start-ups in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the UK and the US. In addition, she has worked on a research project funded by the European Research Council at the KU Leuven Centre for Legal Theory and Empirical Jurisprudence.
Anna Maria studied towards her Bachelor’s degree at the Universities of Athens and Mainz. She holds Master’s Degrees from the Universities of Heidelberg, Leuven and Zurich and has received a scholarship from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Anna Maria has received various awards and distinctions for her academic performance.
Anna Maria is a member of the editorial board of a journal of private international law and a member of a research committee on AI and IT law.
