Yoann Garraux
Legal Counsel
Yoann is part of the LEXR team since 2020 and advises customers on HR-related questions, corporate and IP issues, as well as contractual and data privacy matters. He enjoys the opportunity to work closely with innovative companies and is passionate about finding the most-balanced solution to keep the legal aspects of a deal simple yet effective, as well as understanding the relationship between new technologies and the law.
Aside from LEXR, Yoann previously interned in a commercial firm in Zürich and accomplished his bar internship in Canton Bern by gaining experience at both a regional tribunal and a local law firm. He was admitted to the Bern bar in 2023.
In his spare time, he enjoys practicing analog street photography and running in the nearest mountains.
